eBay Art

Since moving to the Low Country over two years ago, I still have some things in storage that I have been slowly going through.  I came across my original painting from a local artist in Tucson purchased at El Presidio Gallery.

Over 20 years ago, we were planning to move to the Tucson area but it did not pan out the way we wanted it to do and we never proceeded. At the time, we had a public auction and sold many items in our home including many antiques and signed reproductions. Oh boy, do I miss my furniture at times! While visiting the Tucson area several times, we purchased the painting which we fell in love with.

The title of the painting is "Slightly Scuffed"

Anyway, I have decided to place one of my paintings on eBay. Here is a photo of it. I do love it however just can't find a place in my home for it and to click with my style of decor.

It was just placed on eBay over the weekend. Hopefully it will sell and we decided to place it on a reserved pricing. Have you ever sold anything on eBay and how was your experience? This will be our first item that we have placed for sale, however, my husband has bought a BMW motorcycle before and had no problems.

Thanks for visiting and have a great day!

  2. I sold a few pieces on ebay many years ago, when we sold our old house and had no problems. I would definitely do it again. I prefer selling on ebay rather then Craigslist. Don't like the idea of giving strangers my address.

  3. I have bought and sold a ton of things on ebay over the past 6 years and have had mostly positive experiences. Love the painting, but I love anything western and cowboys too!
