Wanted to share this Caramel Apple Muffin recipe with you. I made these awhile ago and they were so easy. I also delivered some to my neighbors and they sure loved them!

| The recipe stated that it made 12 muffins however, I like my muffins filled at least 2/3 full. I could not stretch it to 12 so instead stuck a apple for photo! |
