Fabulous French Find

Hope you all had a great weekend.

I had a wonderful weekend, weather was supposed to be a washout, however, we did not have storms until after midnight.

On Saturday, I picked up my chair from one of my favorite shops that is closing.    It was one of my favorite places to shop and dine.  They had  unique greeting cards, urban and/or french furniture, upscale apparel and even a small floral area.  I will really miss shopping there!  They also had a wonderful small restaurant that served lunch, tapas and live music on weekends and a delightful brunch on Sundays.  There food was to die for and I especially loved sitting outside on their brick patio for their brunch and hearing the sound of their water fountain nearby.

So for the final reveal, here is my find......

I just fell in love with it!  Love the washed look patina, upholstery and style!

Can't wait to complete my changes in living room to share with you.  Still waiting for a couple of items to come in the mail!  Stay tuned...........

Thanks for visiting!  Have a wonderful day!

  2. Oh wow...what a great chair! I love the fabric! I can't wait to see the whole room!

    The shop sounds really nice. I'd hate to see it close, too. Are they going to have some sales?

  11. That chair is gorgeous, Kelly! So glad you got it before that store closed for good. It's a shame when some of our favorite places close.

  13. Hi Kelly, love the chair, and it looks like it was painted with Annie Sloan chalk paint already and then distressed perfectly. You are so lucky in finding things! And your living room is so pretty.

    Love your new camera! You chose very wisely ;) It doesn't look like you need any classes to me, the photo's are gorgeous. If I'm ever down that way, I could show you how to use it on manual, etc. Although I am loving your photo's.

    {I've been slacking on my blog posts, as I'm still just so busy around the house :O}

    Have a great week-end!
